Camp: Day 1

Hello everyone, great news... I SURVIVED! lol, haha anyways, i would have posted but i couldn't find internet, sorry. But i wrote these throughout my days so here they are!....

Day One:

5:30 AM- Ughh, I'm up. Gotta go to Lisa's house. Can someone please get me a starbucks?
6:00AM- John is driving us to the airport....
7:35AM- Getting on the plane...
2:00PM- Got off plane, barely got any sleep, yuck! I have strength testing later today!!!
5:00PM- Made it to the camp, me and Mykayla are in room 27, which sucks because its the furthest away and its super freezing outside! Gym starts in 30 minutes so I have to hurry getting ready, I'll check in after gym.
8:15PM- WOAH! I did pretty well on my strength testing, I maxed everything out but piked leg lifts, those are killers! But after that we had 15 minutes on each event, started on vault and we worked the whole time on perfecting our arm swing for our run!
After we went to bars where... VALERI LIUKIN, was coaching us!!!! It was so cool, we worked on casting, he is really picky about straight arms.
Beam, beam, beam.... Tammy wasnt there today]: hopefully she will be tomorrow, but we had some coach I've never heard of before and we did beam complex, which is super hard. You can't come down from releve! My calves are sore!
Floor. Was super weird! we did back extenstion rolls and roundoffs the whole time. But it made me tired!
Dance. I can't understand what the dance teacher is saying... Such a thick accent, but we did work on pointing our feet and going up in releve.
That was my day at gym...
9:00PM-I just finished my shower, which wasn't bad, just cold at the end! Dinner was lasaunga, yumyumm!!! But I'm super tired and am going to bed.

Some Stuff

I couldn't figure out a good title sorry.

SO i found its easier to get my point across using the numbers, what do you guys think?

well here we go....

1. Again, camp is on Saturday, and stefs not going, which is very disappointing. But the show must go on. Hopefully, I will do well enough to get invited back.
2. Yesterday was pretty exciting because I landed a triple full dismount off beam and an arabian double off the rod floor. I hope those skills will catch the national team staffs attention.

So yeah, sorry about all the short posts I'm just busy lately, but no fear, right after camo I'll give you guys a full look at camp, so look out for that!

Sacramento

I'm leaving for my next meet, the Byers Invitational, tomorrow. Not to worry i will keep you posted with scores.

So a few things.
1. The meet on the 11th is canceled, due to a problem with a gym attending. SO that means no American Challenge(please note this is different than the US Challenge which is in July). Sorta upsetting but its ok.
2. WOGA is going to be at this meet! And i'm in the Level 10 open session, which means elites can be in it. So, scary because i will be going up against WOGA elites!!!! so nervous.
3. I might be doing a pre-meet performance at an ASU meet on the 13th. And if so i will do a floor routine(with watered down passes)

Yeah so just a quick update...

IM BAAACK!

Okay, I totally missed you guys. I'll be posting about once or twice a week as of now!
So heres what has been going on.....

1. The wrist issue is going a lot better. I'm using a wrist guard on floor and vault now.
2. Competition season has been going very very very well. Best meet so far, Hard Rock, 36.8.
3. Lay full on vault! extremely new!
4. And I'm, drum roll please..... GOING TO NATIONAL TRAINING CAMP ON THE 16TH. SO excited, im going with my teammates, Stefani, and Mykayla.

So that's basically all the really new stuff.

I have a complusary elite qualifier on the 11th, US Challenge is in July.

I'll post more later..

Have a nice day
